For those who would like to mail in their assessment payment via check, please use the following address and ensure your Seabreeze account number is written on your check. If you would like to use a bill pay service, please advise them of the address:

Automatic Payment - Free Recurring ACH Signup
Seabreeze Management offers a FREE recurring automatic payment program which authorizes the association to debit your assessment from the bank account of your choice. The payment will be processed on (or after) the 10th of the month. This will ensure that your payment is always made on time. To register, you will need your new Seabreeze Management account number and create an account on CommArea.
