  • New! Manage Your Electronic Notice Preferences in CommArea Beginning October 15

We're excited to introduce a new enhancement to CommArea that gives you more control over how you receive important association communications.

Beginning October 15, you'll see a new Electronic Notices section under Communication Preferences in your CommArea profile. This new feature allows you to easily view and update your electronic consent (e-consent/opt-in) preference anytime, right from the owner portal.

By opting in to electronic notices, eligible association communications, such as annual budget distributions and other required notices, can be delivered directly to your email instead of through traditional paper mail.

This highly anticipated enhancement makes managing your preferences more convenient than ever. With just a few clicks, you can ensure your communication settings reflect your preferences, helping you stay informed while enjoying faster, more efficient delivery of important association information.

We're excited to bring this new self-service feature to CommArea and continue enhancing your owner experience with tools that make communication simpler, more accessible, and environmentally friendly.

  • Stray Cats

We have seen feral cats in the neighborhood. If you feed them, they can have up to three litters a year and we can potentially develop a cat problem. If you want to feed and keep them you can contact a trapper to catch, spay, neuter and return. In the past, homeowners have contacted the Community Cat Coalition (there are other groups) to collect a colony of cats in Regency and have them returned as pets after being spayed/neutered and vaccinated.

The city of Las Vegas has had a feral problem for years and has contracted with the Animal Foundation to Trap and Release TNR. This program has worked well. These cats are spayed, neutered, ears tipped and returned to the area in which they were picked up. To read more about this go to Animal Foundation

    Please feed cats responsibly.
