Having a Guest?
Residents must register guests, visitors, and vendors bringing vehicles onto the property with the guard gate. Residents are encouraged to use the Internet application provided for that purpose (e.g., https:\\quickpass.us) to the extent possible. Use of the Internet application reduces visitor wait time for access.
Guests must be registered with Management to use the amenities. This includes personal trainers and tennis/pickleball pros.
Registration of guests is available Monday through Friday at Front Reception in the Grand Lounge of the Club House. A guest waiver should be completed for each guest over the age of 18 and they will be provided with a guest bracelet with a number. These bracelets should be returned to Front Reception at the end of the visit.
All individuals inside the Clubhouse must be properly attired. Shirts, shorts or pants, and foot coverings are required in all common areas except in the pools and spas where proper swimming attire is required. Athletic attire and closed shoes are required in the fitness room. Water shoes are permitted in the pools and spas. No black-soled shoes on the tennis and pickleball courts.
Guests over 18 and who are registered can use the amenities without being accompanied by the hosting Resident.
Guests under 18 years must be accompanied by the hosting Resident subject to the following:
- Children must be closely supervised while in the clubhouse so as not to cause any disturbance of the peace.
- No one under 18 years is allowed in either the indoor or outdoor spas under any circumstances.
- No one under 18 years is allowed in the indoor pool or to work out in the fitness room.
- No one under 12 years shall be on the tennis, bocce ball or pickle ball courts.
Persons under 18 years are permitted in the outdoor pool area from 12 -2 pm, Monday through Sunday while escorted by a Resident. These hours will be strictly enforced. Children in diapers or who are not potty trained are not allowed in the pool at any time. Any violation of rules pertaining to children may result in removal from the pool area and/or loss of privileges for the host Resident.
