  • SUGGESTIONS??

DO YOU HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS FOR REGENCY AT SUMMERLIN?

EMAIL SUGGESTIONS TO THE REGENCY AT SUMMERLIN CLUBHOUSE.

SUGGESTIONS WILL BE GIVEN TO THE HOA BOARD AND MANAGEMENT TO REVIEW.

  • Stray Cats

We have seen feral cats in the neighborhood. If you feed them, they can have up to three litters a year and we can potentially develop a cat problem. If you want to feed and keep them you can contact a trapper to catch, spay, neuter and return. In the past, homeowners have contacted the Community Cat Coalition (there are other groups) to collect a colony of cats in Regency and have them returned as pets after being spayed/neutered and vaccinated.

The city of Las Vegas has had a feral problem for years and has contracted with the Animal Foundation to Trap and Release TNR. This program has worked well. These cats are spayed, neutered, ears tipped and returned to the area in which they were picked up. To read more about this go to Animal Foundation

    Please feed cats responsibly.

  • Landscape - Watering

    Community Landscape Rotation Schedule

    Watering Group A

From September 1 through October 31, watering restrictions allow drip irrigation two days a week.

During the fall run your drip irrigation system in one cycle of 20-90 minutes. The length of each watering should be determined by the emitter flow rate, soil type, and weather conditions.

If you have a lawn: Lawn sprinklers should run for 12 minutes max, three days a week. Run for 4 minutes, in 3 short cycles, taking a 1 hour break between cycles. Do not water on Sundays.
