    Dear Beacon Hill Planned Homeowners

    We are writing to ask you to help your HOA save on Administrative costs.  How, you ask? By signing up for E-Statements!!!

     

    Yes, it’s that simple.  By signing up for E-Statements, you not only get your bill securely in your email and on the portal, but you would save your HOA over 70%* on costs to mail your paper statement via USPS.  If everyone received their statement via E-Statements, it would save your HOA thousands of dollars annually.   

    Now, while we realize some of you might not be able to do this, but if you are reading this email, you are able to get your E-Statement via email.

    Benefits:

    3. Help keep dues down
    4. No looking in the mail for the statement
    5. Less paper- good for the environment
    6. Receive the statement quicker

    So please…sign up for E-Statements today.   You can do it very easily on the portal and here is how:

    1. If you have not signed up for the portal, instructions are attached on how to sign up.
    2. Once signed up, on your dashboard, click on “Estatement Portal”.
    3. On the Welcome page, click on “Register Here” under “New to e-Statements”. A will see a pop up labeled “Registration Info”. Click on “Continue”.
    4. Fill out the registration form (the name and mailing address must match EXACTLY as how it appears on your paper statement), then click the box “I have read and agree to the Terms of Use”, and hit “Submit”.
    5. And presto, you have signed up to receive E-Statements.
